Site Supervisor

Multiple Superivsor Positions:

Ensure subordinates��paint shop and other janatorial areas are cleaned, including but not limited to paint booths, washrooms, offices, cubicles, meeting areas and locker rooms.

Maintain high standards of work quality.

Utilize monthy cleaning schedule or time and material sheets to obtain daily quality assurance ratings.

Schedule and manage 20 employees.

Enusre all team members are supplied and use PPE.

Spend time on the floor performing active supervision.

MUST HAVE:

1-3 years' supervisor experience IN janatorial/cleaning/warehouse enviornment.

Experience supervising Union employees

Strong PC Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Automotive paint experience a plus

Flexible schedule - must be open to working any schedule, days or nights.�� Typical schedule will be 4-days/12 hour shifts.�� Will work every Sunday.
