An insurance company in Mesa, Arizona is currently hiring for an Inbound Customer Service Representative.
In the role of the Customer Service Representative candidates can expect the following:
- Handle inbound calls from borrowers, lenders and/or insurance agents
- Support borrowers and external customers by updating insurance for mortgage loans
- Handle and process complaints, assist in the training and development of incoming hires
- Able to meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
In order to be considered for the role of the Customer Service Representative the company is looking for the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service (Retail/Restaurant background preferred)
- Strong Computer Knowledge and navigation including Word and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Open to working an 8 hours shift M-F between 5am-8pm
- Spanish speakers are a plus
