Business Support Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Valvoline is seeking a Business Support Specialist.

In this role you will support the capital spend execution for Valvoline Quick Lube Management (VQLM) Development and Construction Team.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase order execution and processing.
• Project/budget financial reconciliation and asset management.
• Execution and management of Capital investment process (budgeting, AFE/AFL lifecycle management and capital forecast spend.   

*This position is located in Lexington, KY.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 3 years of business administration or accounting related experience.
• Experience with Excel, SAP and BW is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the process, tasks and documentation required for retail construction is a plus.
• Excellent organization, budget management and communication skills are essential.   
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
