Your immediate responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for scheduling, updating and managing all open work orders and estimates, working closely with the Superintendent and Office Personnel.
  • Responsible for managing and updating all aspects of daily job and project schedules including owners and subcontractors

Your responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the CEO will evolve as you grow into the position. Those responsibilities will include assistance with Federal and State contract guidelines, proposals, invoicing, organization, etc. Further responsibilities will be determined based on your job evaluation as Schedule Manager.
