JOB DESCRIPTION:

Outbound calls to brokers to confirm attendance broker loan show This is a busy time of the year as the Medicare population can enroll in health plan starting in October through December, so it is peak season for sales . This person will Assist Field Sales team with telephone calls, marketing materials distribution and product application entry.


MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Types, files, faxes, provides phone support and processes mail.
  • Prepares and logs proposals.
  • Maintains supplies.
  • Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
  • Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
  • Gathers, inputs and tracks sales data.
  • Generates sales reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
