Client has been the industry leader in backside hard coating for over 30 years. The coating chemistry has been trusted by top labs to produce high quality abrasion protection on a consistent basis. Our broad range of machines have proven to be the robust work-horse business can profitably rely on day-in and day-out.

This department is experiencing a need for temporary support due to a maternity leave. This will last for 6 months.

Greet customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner by telephone, email and in person. Receive requests for quotations, orders, and information from customers. Make quotations on standard items, write orders, and relay pertinent order information to customers. Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.

Responsibilities Include:
Document customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders. Ensures that correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information.
Understand and communicate company and vendor policies and procedures.
Packages, sorts and routes completed work by best carrier to satisfy delivery requirements of customers.
Works closely with customers regarding warranty items, arranges call tags for and processes returned items for credit.
Create account information spreadsheets upon customer request and assist with account reconciliation.
Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

HS Diploma
2+ years of experience as an admin or csr

or

AS/BS
1+ year of experience as an admin or csr

Preferred experience in purchasing, inventory, order entry.

Work Environment:

This is a small manufacturing group that focuses on supporting all facets of the business to help support customer needs. No job is to small or big for any person in this group. There are 24 employees and the dress is business casual. The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
