About this job
Main job duties:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls (100 per day)
- Receive incoming calls from members requesting services, scheduling appointments, cancelling appointments, etc.
- Make outbound calls to providers regarding services for members
- Utilize company software system to document all calls, appointments, etc.
- Perform data entry tasks for all calls
- Toggle and multi-task between systems on the computer
