About this job
the CSR reps will be taking incoming calls, they will look people up in the internal claims tool. They will talk to the people on what the claim they are making is and update any fields that may be missing from the online tool. They could be doing anything from creating a new profile to updating a small portion of someone's profile.
Pay is $13/hr
