Great Part-Time Job for High School Students, College Students and Retirees!

We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time Dining Servers at  premier independent living community. Our community prides itself on our many amenities and our high quality of services and facilities, in a friendly, energetic environment.

Experience preferred but we will train anyone with a “Can Do” attitude!

We Offer:

• Flexible schedules – after school and weekends
• Last shift generally ends approximately 9:30pm
• Competitive starting pay of $10.25 per hour
• On-site training
• 401(k) with company match (employees but must be 21 year old)
• Eligible to participate in year-end bonus program
• Full-time candidates (30 hours per week) will be eligible for medical, dental benefits, vision, AD&D, Life insurance, and vacation & personal time off.

Requirements:

• Professionally present and serve resident meals working in our two formal dining rooms and our casual cafe.
• Provide the highest standards of customer service.
• Responsible for order entry, order delivery, and identifying any issues during the residents’ dining experience.
• Work special events and parties as assigned.
• Be required to bend, and lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Must be able to remain on one’s feet for extended periods of time.
• Ensure dining room is clean and welcoming.
• Must be able to read, write and converse in Basic English.
• Must meet grooming standards.
