Sheetmetal (Structures) Mechanic $34/Hr

Our client in Bridgeport, WV is currently seeking qualified Sheetmetal/Structural Technicians.This position requires long-term contract commitment of 6-12 months as a miminum, with a salary of $34/Hr. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to receive per diem.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The candidate must be able to read blue prints and schematics. Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) in a repair station environment. Candidates will also be responsible for fabrication and/or modification of related sheetmetal/structural parts and components.

Qualifications:

Airframe or A&P License is strongly preferred, but not required

5-8+ years recent aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred, but not required)

Candidates must have their own tools

Successful completion of written and practical tests.

Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check upon job offer
