Installer / Service Technician

We are currently seeking installers and service technicians for our water treatment division. This position will be responsible for undertaking servicing, maintaining, installing, and provision of technical support on our complete range of water and air purification solutions such as membrane technologies and ion exchange technologies for both residential and commercial applications.

We are a very customer service oriented company and the ideal candidate will reflect our absolute care for our customers and build relationship & partnerships with our external customers as well as our internal colleagues and will continuously seek to add value to the services we provide. Our service people also technically demonstrate and explain issues and solutions with customers and end users.

Technicians also ensure that all paperwork regarding installation, commissioning or servicing is completed in line with company procedures are sent to the project manager or service office within specified time frames.
