Summary of Duties:
Manage daily operations of customer service issues. Responsible for making 30-50 calls a day to new clients for business. They will recieve a list of companies to contact and try to figure out who the decision maker is. From there they will send that lead to the 2 Account Executives, who will try closing a sale. Once the Account Executives make a sale they will do some data entry and general office functions in AS400.

Daily Functions:
1.Track customer service issues at all stages through the use of a customer inquiry sheet document - (CIS)
2.Utilize Maximizer (internal systen) database used for communication and tracking of all CIS's from beginning to end resolution through AS400
3.Generate and communicate who the decision maker is for each company
4.Develop strong product and application knowledge to understand unique needs of customers. (this will happen over time, not right away)
5.Enter in new orders into AS400

MUST

1. 1 to 5 years of customer service/call center/receptionist/admin experience

2. Positive personality

3. Someone looking for a long term career

4. Billingual in Spanish
