Duties and Requirements:
Assist the store manager
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure employees adhere to company policies
Deliver the ultimate customer experience
Communicate clearly, and concisely with fellow employees
Execute BOOST standards
Recommend appropriate product to meet customer's needs
Execute quality store operations
Open and Close store
Clean blenders, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary
Execute proper portion control
Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to Jamba Juice cash handling policies
Ability to lift 30/40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop through -out assigned shift
Ability to mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with remperatures ranging from 40 degrees F-10 degrees F
