Enterprise Architect - Documentum / Filenet - Multiple Locations

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect who will work with a number of technologies and frameworks used in our suite of applications. The position requires 70% of time spent in design and delivery management and 30% in hands on development. Full Software development life cycle experience is required to excel in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leading the development and design on latest client and server side solutions and frameworks around Documentum
Mentor developers leading in technical design and framework development
Responsible for overall matrix management of onshore development team
Coordinate activities with offshore team
Manage technical activities for multiple IT projects
Responsible for delivery of multiple projects from design to release

Required Qualifications:  

3+ years of experience in content management systems like Documentum, FileNet etc.
5+ years of experience working with IT Applications
2+ years of experience managing a team or experience with matrix management
5+ years’ experience with Java, J2EE, Spring 3.0+ framework
Experience with JSP / Servlet / JSTL, Hibernate, Strut / tile, AJAX, JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on Experience with application server (JBOSS, Tomcat)
Experience with Service Orientated Architecture and / or systems integration
Experience performance tuning of web applications
Knowledge of RUP, Agile or Waterfall
Knowledge about modeling data structures
Business Rules Engine experience
Business Process Management and Workflow experience
Knowledge of Pega Customer Service and Business process Management products
