Incoming calls with customers placing orders/assisting with orders/resolving problems with orders/shipments, working on taking returns.
Incoming calls of up to 100 per day.
Working out of 2 monitors at a time/working out of several programs at a time.
Strong social media-will be working in chat rooms/Facebook/Skype/Instagram
Customer Service experience.

Requirements
Must be available to be scheduled from 9am-10pm for a 9 hour shift with 1 hour for lunch.
Must work one weekend shift.
