Summary
As a member of the Customer Care team in the Call Center, you will answer incoming calls from customers assisting with answering inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year consistent inbound call center experience required
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and most holidays
Able to pass a background and pre-employment drug test
Bilingual preferred but not required

Requirements

1 year inbound call center experience •High School Diploma or GED required •Bilingual preferred but not required •Prior inbound call center experience required •Strong computer knowledge including Excel •Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and most holidays •Reliability is key. Must be dependable and consistently at work and on time •Ability to work within a fast paced high volume call center environment •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Able to pass a background and pre-employment drug test
