Position Summary:

A General Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of a designated restaurant. You will develop and mentor your team-and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers-by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining standards and ensuring protection of the restaurant's brand and assets.

Education: A Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred and/or previous experience. 

Experience: The right candidate should have previous management experience, restaurant or other.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Achieving proper staffing levels to deliver extraordinary service using and adhering to the restaurant’s hiring methods and standards.
  • Retaining team members and management through engagement, appropriate training, development and adherence to standards.
  • Ensuring a productive and respectful environment for all team members.
  • Demonstrate leadership and integrity to team members by adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Overall shift execution to the highest standards
  • Maintenance and organization of store
  • Accurate and efficient administration
  • Creating an extraordinary dining experience for all guests that drives customer satisfaction scores to the desired profit objective
  • Building sales while maintaining set budgets and thereby increasing profit.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relations within the community.
  • Operating the restaurant effectively and efficiently by controlling costs at an acceptable level including proper scheduling and productivity levels.
