About this job
The Seattle Service Center Customer Sales Coordinator (CSC) will be accountable for estimating and customer service functions for specified Kawneer Products for the Western Region customer base as well as the following responsibilities: as a Customer Sales Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
Order pursuit and order management
Claims investigation and resolution
Interaction with Customers and Sales Representatives
Interaction with other Service Centers and Kawneer Plants
Prepare material proposals and material takeoffs for Kawneer front-line products
EHS and IFE responsibilities as assigned
Minimum business travel to customer locations and US Service Centers
Personal growth and development
Administrative responsibilities including Performance Management
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Applicants must be self-motivated, people-oriented, service-oriented, and possess the ability to work with customers to formulate successful order pursuits
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer Literacy
- Good communication, negotiation, organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment & uncompromising attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm
The pay rate on this is $15 per hour
