Manager Program Planning and Analytics
This is a great opportunity for someone to run an external staffing and planning function for the fastest growing experiential platform in the US. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with a passion for building out a customer oriented service model . This is a very visible role to senior leaders and requires a high say-do ratio, exceptional communication skills, an ability to get and stay organized in a fluid environment, and an analytic approach to problem solving.

Manager Program Planning and Analytics

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and monitor 3 rd party staffing agency relationships and requirements for new and existing programs
- Create strategies in conjunction with operations and experiential leaders to effectively hire and deploy large scale staffing solutions
- Serve as liaison between Advantage platforms and third party agencies for communication, performance and problem resolution
- Foster and promote polished communication protocols with a customer focus to both customers and suppliers, anticipating decision-making needs
- Report out event execution scorecard results, best practices, program management tactics and/or other analytics
- Identify and implement best practices through collaboration with business leaders across various departments (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Field Execution, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Liberal Arts or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, CPG, experiential marketing , staffing agency and/or management, within a large company
- 3-5 years of program management experience
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Expert experience with Excel (Pivots, VLookups, complex formulas and Macros) including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
- Six Sigma Greenbelt, or equivalent Lean problem solving experience
