Job Description

A Real Estate Business Development Director is a real estate agent who leads clients through the purchase and sale of real estate. When placing a home on the real estate market, clients need the guidance of a Real Estate Business Development Director to help them list their home, price it appropriately, and prepare it for a quick and favorable sale. Likewise, when buying real estate, Real Estate Business Development Directors offer expert advice on how to search for the ideal home, participate in price negotiations and advise during the writing up of a purchase contract.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients about their real estate needs and offer assistance to help them get started with their home sale or purchase
  • Offer resources to clients to get their home show-ready such as staging and home repair services
  • Work with Real Estate Business Development Director colleagues when negotiating on behalf of clients
  • Advertise your Real Estate Business Development Director services online and to your local community
  • Become an expert in your local real estate community and be on top of home sales and new listings
