- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- You will promote and sell products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers' needs.
- Utilize computer system to verify and document customer requests.
- Continually improve your knowledge of company services and promotions
Earn more with Alorica
Earn $10.00 per hour with each week of perfect attendance in training.
After training, employees have potential earnings up to $14.50 per hour with pay for performance incentives and commissions.
