A Customer Service Dispatcher responds to incoming alarm activity, including dispatching authorities, following up with customers, and efficiently and accurately handling return customer calls. Receives training in basic customer service functions to provide customers with a one call resolution.
Must have at least one year of continuous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Must be able to show proof of high school graduation or GED completion. Must pass a typing test with at least 35 wpm, after errors. Must be able to train on 1st shift for three weeks and then work a 2nd shift schedule.
