Homebell is looking for an Administrative/Marketing Assistant.  The successful candidate will love working on a high-energy team, enjoy providing support across multiple areas of a company and have flair with some basic marketing/social media platforms!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Performing a variety of Internet research functions, customizing spreadsheets/reports (experience with Google Docs would be lovely!) and working on presentation
  • Organizing schedules and travel plans for leadership team. 
  • Tracking expenses and submitting proper documentation for reimbursement for team.
  • Helping organize events, internally and externally.
  • Entering information into various web-based platforms and providing operational support, when necessary
  • Assisting with the monitoring of activity and potentially posting content on our social media channels.

Experience and Skills You will Need:

 

  • At least 1 year in an office environment as a paid position or internship (or like experience…we’re open to hearing why you think we’re a good fit for what you’ve done and what you’re wanting to do)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative, curious and proactive
