PURPOSE
An experienced technical contributor in the Supply Chain Application Development area for F&D to support multi system integration and WMS TMS systems. Communicates effectively with peers who are responsible for managing and implementing requirements. Evaluates and implements third party products in the environment. Communicates effectively with managers, project managers and operational support personnel. Implements and follows effective processes within IT team and across other teams and support project implementation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Experience installing, upgrading, and supporting Software AG products
- Experience working in, scripting, configuring, and debugging a Linux/Unix environment (Redhat/CentOS preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Development with Universal Messaging (UM) desired
- Experience integrating webMethods with any of the following systems is preferred: AS400, MS SQL Server, Mule ESB, APIs, Manhattan Associates Integration Framework.
- Good understanding on the principles of EAI, ESB, SOA, ETL, Pub-Sub, Event-Based programming
- Must have experience using JIRA or similar tool
- Knowledge or experience in Waterfall, Agile or hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) project methodologies
- Must be an Individual Contributor and Team Player, self-initiative, a go-getter, and have a sense of urgency
- Must also have technical knowledge in at least 3 of these other areas: Java, Splunk, SQL, Version Control (SVN, Git), SOAP UI, sFTP, FTPs, SMTP, HTTP/S, security (ACLs, certificates), web services, WSDLs, JSON, SOAP, RPC, data caching
- Strong technical analysis, analytical and critical thinking, decision making ability, troubleshooting skills
- Experience with infrastructure: VM/Cloud, Unix, Linux, network security, load balancing
- Experience in an L2 and L3 Production Support role
- Experience with performance testing, load testing, capacity planning, scalability
- Experience writing technical documentation (design documents, unit test plans, and runbook support documentation)
- Experience within the Retail Industry, including e-commerce, WMS, TMS, OMS
- Must have excellent English written and verbal skills along with customer service skills and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
- Experience in an L2 and L3 Production Support role
- This position is salaried knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week
- Limited travel required required including air and car travel
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate
