The Job:

  • Support Sales team and Agent team support with order entry and new customer set-ups
  • Set up new agents and dealers (makes sure all legal documents are in place, set up commission schedules, set up new files, etc.)
  • Send out supplies and marketing material
  • Provide some customer service type support to sales team
  • Manage and coordinate internal sales support projects

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or 3 + years sales support experience
  • Solid Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Organized and efficient, works well under pressure
  • Steady, stable work history
  • Live local to the Northwest Suburbs
