ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB OVERVIEW
The eCommerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for eCommerce customer service and operational support. Promote consumer loyalty, satisfaction, repeat business, and increased sales, by responding to, and handling consumer inquiries and concerns. They are passionate about ensuring our customers have a remarkable experience by providing entry-level support and assistance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handles incoming customer service calls, emails, and chat
  • Processes, Fills & Ships orders
  • Up-sells products
  • Processes returns and refunds
  • Tracks dropship orders to customers and verifies delivery
  • Performs site audits to ensure products match descriptions and pricing
  • Works with Merchandising and the Distribution Center to ensure product availability
  • Prepares customer service reporting logs to improve customer experience
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional demeanor in varying circumstances
  • Must have a sense of urgency and service focus
  • Must be meticulous and detail oriented
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work effectively with other Associates, Departments and Stores
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
  • Must have a passion for on-line shopping
Technical Skills
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • e-Commerce experience preferred
  • AMAZON experience a plus
  • Office and warehouse management experience a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish is PLUS
