Commercial Roofer - Full-time / Part-time

An expanding roofing company is searching for individuals that want to become a part of a striving group that is driving in the more business than they know what to do with.

Description:

The individual will perform the general labor duties of hauling and installing roofing material. The company installs EPDM(Rubber Membrane Roofing System) and TPO(Plastic Membrane Roofing System) roof systems. This person will prep roof for replacing or installing new roofing systems.

Includes: Tearing up existing roof, handling material/equipment, installing roofing system, and securing loose material so wind doesn't get a hold of it. This client has both a construction division and a services division. The construction division handles replacing existing roofs and installing new roofs. The services division will handle all warranty issues and small repairs(Roof Leaks).

Must Haves:

Must have previous construction experience
Must have experience working outside
Must have reliable transportation as they will be driving to the job sites and not reporting to the shop every day

Nice to Have

Previous commercial roofing experience
OSHA 10 or 30 Training
