A hospital in Kansas City, MO is in need of a Pharmacist to fill an opening on 2nd shift immediately! Qualifications are listed below:
BS Pharmacy with 5 years of hospital experience OR PharmD with 2 years of hospital experience
Eligible for Board Certification
Sterile compounding and automated dispensing experience
Responsibilities:
Take students for advanced practice rotations in the evening
Direct interaction and real world teaching for interns employed at the hospital
Maintenance of documents posted to intranet site-updates
CPOE 99.9% computer ordering
Order verification
Operational based moving into adding clinical activities
Typical centralized Pharmacy work-order verification, initial dose checking, sterile compound checking, direction of technical support staff
Additional Information
Shift/Hours: 2PM-10:30PM, Monday-Friday, no weekends
1 summer holiday, 1 winter holiday
