Position Summary:
As one of the most important members of our team, the host is personal and inviting to our guests and creates a great first and last impression. The host is responsible for “end to end” guest management by welcoming, seating, and thanking/appreciating guests. The host helps to manage the flow of guests and ensures the high quality of products and services by adhering to timing standards.
Host Responsibilities:

Answer all phone calls with proper phone answering procedures.

Open the door for guests and welcome them in a warm, friendly, and genuine manner.
