Customer Service - Full-time

We are looking for an individual who has experience working with the public via telephone as well as in person.  We average over 100 calls a day and are looking for a high energy confident individual.  Quick Book knowledge is a plus, but no experience is ok, we are willing to train.  We will also be training all new hire's on our products and pricing as well as educating each individual on how to handle perticular calls.  We cater to the Law Enforcement / Military industries.  We need our Customer Service Rep to answer incoming calls, return messages, take orders, as well as payment information..  We pay extremely well, we pay on a weekly basis, salary is based on amount of experience.  All new hires will be on a thirty day probation.  After the 30 day period, we will evaluate the individual's attendence, attention to detail, professionalism and whether the individual feels comfortable.  It's a high stressed enviorment so, it's important that we let all applicant's know that.  We are also a very fun company to work for.
