Pilgrim Cleaners is looking for reliable, friendly people to work on a Full Time/Part Time basis. As a Customer Service represenative, you will learn how to tag dry clean, laundry, household, alterations, shoe repair, ect.
A CSR Will be responsible for taking care of the following:
Customer issues, daily deposits, learning how to properly work the point of sales system, inventory, email/text/phone correspondence with customers, light cleaning, filing customer orders in proper locations
