Job Description

A Real Estate Retail Sales Specialist is commonly called a real estate agent. In this position, you are stationed at our retail office where clients will come to you with their real estate questions and concerns. Real estate transactions can be a daunting task to home buyers and sellers, so they depend on Real Estate Retail Sales Specialists to get them through the process. Your task will be to educate clients on the current real estate market, help them price their home well and then walk them through the process of finding and purchasing a new home.

Job Responsibilities

  • Study your local real estate market and know how to price homes in a way that's appropriate for your market
  • Work with other Real Estate Retail Sales Specialists and represent your clients during price and contract negotiations
  • Take clients on tours of homes that meet their criteria
  • Advertise your Real Estate Retail Sales Specialist services
  • Help clients prepare their home for sale and give advice on how to make it sell quickly and for top value
