Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for a growing 4th Generation General Contractor in Centennial, CO!
This position reports to the CEO and Vice President of a team-oriented and reputable company. Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Data entry, processing of payroll, general ledger, and accounts payable and receivables
- Answering phones, communicating with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Creating and maintaining general office, employee, and project files
- Ordering office supplies, preparing documents and faxes, processing mail, etc..
Candidates must be self-motivated and have full-charge bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of and background in the construction industry is preferred. Required qualifications include:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks 2016
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Must be professional and non-smoking.
The planned schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Compensation is approx. $20.00 per hour, DOE.
