Job Title: Payroll Processor

Position General Overview:
This position participates directly in the processing of weekly or bi-weekly payroll for assigned TWC division(s) according to established processing schedule. In addition, this position provides payroll related support for both Corporate and Divisional users, and participates in user training and system upgrade testing initiatives as required. This position may be required to provide support as requested to aid in the reconciliation of payroll related general ledger accounts.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Some college level business classes desired

• FPC required (either at hire or within 18 months)

• Minimum 2 years previous multi-state payroll processing experience required

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.5 of higher required

• Knowledge of Kronos timekeeping system desired

• Strong data entry experience required

• Garnishment administration knowledge desired

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with rotation every 2-3 weeks to work later shift to 8pm

Primary Position Responsibilities:
• Administer and process payroll for assigned division on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

• Maintain processing task list

• Maintain processing documentation according to department standards

• Provide payroll support to division and corporate employees. Answer employee questions and concerns via phone or email

• Provide support covering department help desk

• Provide support and coverage for other team members when needed

• Scan, link and route payroll documentation using Perceptive Software

• Participate in system testing as required for software/hardware upgrades, implementations, and integrations

• Participate in corporate sponsored system training efforts

• Continuously monitor daily duties for efficiency

• Other tasks and duties as assigned
