Time Warner Cable is seeking a Recruiter for the Talent Acquisition & Movement Department who will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this role.

Essential Job Functions:
•Supports recruitment strategies for job openings up to the manager level for assigned client group.
•Primary internal clients are Supervisor – Director Level.
•Proven track record of handling multiple relationships, processes and outcomes.
•Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle process.
•Typically handles 15+ assignments simultaneously; with a goal of 100+ placements per year.
•Oversees the hiring process to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and other government regulations.


Position Requirements:
•Minimum of three (3) years professional recruiting work experience (will vary depending on level and functional area alignment).
•Must have the ability to manage multiple assignments.
•Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Will be a strong relationship builder with internal and external audiences.
•Comfortable working with ambiguity.


Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education, and experience preferred.
