An Aerotek client in Chantilly, VA is seeking to hire experienced Customer Service Professionals.
This incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment to assist customers with general inquiries, billing questions, new account activations, special pickups, and service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Utilize company software to perform the following activities while assisting customers.
- Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts.
- Provide customers with company's service information
- Identify, research and resolve customer issues.
- Accurately process credit card payments.
- Work closely with operations and dispatch staff regarding missed pickups and/or researching accounts.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Utilize email communication as required.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday(NO Weekends)
- 8:30AM - 5:00PM & 12:00PM - 9:00PM
