Job Description:

  • Exchange information between cardholders, issuers, merchants, acquirers, members and product offices.
  • Provide phone, email, and chat support entitlements and enrollments for multiple products.
  • Provide day-to-day support to client institutions to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Respond to customer inquiries relating to general functionality support for products via multiple communication channels.
  • Own level 1 issues through resolution working with products, application and or development groups.
  • Understand the customer's needs, business requirements, and priorities; know when escalation is needed.
  • Actively seeks solutions and identifies, troubleshoots, resolves applications or business issues.
  • Educate customers on product and basic software applications, usage, and functionality.
  • Data entry in multiple internal applications.
  • Assists clients and users with web navigational guidance.

Work Environment:

  • Corporate call center
  • Agent will be expected to sit within a cubicle with a computer and take calls continuously throughout their shift.
  • Work load is steady but not constant.
  • Occasionally attend training, meetings or coaching sessions with leads.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one full year of recent call center experience.
  • Can work 1st or 2nd shift schedule:
  • 1st shift 8hr shift anywhere between 5am-2:30pm 2nd shift 8hr shift anywhere between 4:30pm-3:00am
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish (training and testing will be in English) must be bilingual.
  • Testing: Customer Service Scenarios, Computer Literacy and Data Entry Audio
  • Computer Skills
  • Articulate well
  • Not over qualified, this opportunity is long term.

Training will be the first 3 weeks mon-fri 8am-5pm (Must be able to work all training without requesting a day off)
