The purpose of the position is to supervisor the daily administration of all Sales Galleries Staff to ensure customer and tour guest satisfaction in accordance with the standards of HGVC. his is a working Supervisor position.  Therefore, in addition to performing all Sales Gallery Associate responsibilities, this position also provides on-site supervision at various locations, assists management with day to day operations, and conducts training. Ensures associates provide quality guest service and provides assistance to guests with complaints.  Provides a positive example for the team and supports management decisions and initiatives on the front line. Ensures all locations and guest experiences meet company expectations as well as maintains the integrity of sales operations according to set tour rules, company policies and departmental procedures.  May also be responsible for conducting team meetings and completing daily / monthly reports or other relevant paperwork.

What will I be doing?

  • Provides leadership, guidance, supervision and training to Sales Gallery Associates
  • Ensures associates provide quality guest service and provides assistance to guests with complaints
  • Responsible for conducting informational, motivational and/or training meetings with team members.
  • Responsible for scheduling and adjusting work assignments to ensure adequate coverage
  • Assist management in reviewing and improving desk operations & efficiency.
  • Assist management in maintaining and enhancing good work relations with customers, employees & management
  • Coach’s associates on performance to department expectations & company standards of conduct required of the position.
  • Completes documentation for management follow up. Must have knowledge of general sales & marketing policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for writing procedures and training manual.
  • Performs all essential duties & responsibilities of a Sales Gallery Associate.
  • Follows required scripts in greeting and seating guests.
  • Identifies and contacts the Sales Executive (SE) on point.
  • Provides the SE with general information regarding the tour guest.
  • Inputs the tour information in the CHORUS system.
  • Maintains the SE rotation board and the online sales rotor accurately.
  • Answers the phone and direct incoming telephone calls to the proper recipient if necessary.
  • Prepare gifting receipts and gift vouchers. Reconciles inventory on a daily / monthly basis.
  • Open the Sales Galleries, other locations assigned.
  • Assist with Sales Gallery Associate programs and initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain beverage areas.
  • Monitor Sales Gallery evening housekeeping & maintenance needs and report issues to the appropriate contact.
  • Assist and support the Manager and Assistant Manager as directed.
  • Submit orders for miscellaneous items (cleaning supplies, canned drinks, etc.) as necessary
  • Work various shifts and locations on a rotation schedule – days off not overlapping with management
  • Maintains a positive attitude with everyone while on property.  Team members represent Hilton at all times both ON and OFF the clock.  Develop professional relationships with both hotel & HGVC staff and adhere to protocol standards as established by the Hotel General Manager and your HGVC management staff.
  • Follows and abides by all company policies and procedures.
  • Attends all meetings or training sessions as required (including Human Resources requirements). 
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member is capable of performing
