Responsibilities:
Serve as the project manager for a critical project within the larger healthcare IT program
Work closely with the client and other stakeholders to achieve the project objectives
Oversee the integration of legacy applications into the next-generation systems, and the continuous expansion of system capabilities
Oversee the planning, specification, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases of the project iteration
Manage budget, scope, and resources; control and report all project costs and activities
Responsible for ensuring quality products and services
Accountable for continual tracking and analysis of project performance against project plan to ensure project success
Provide regular and appropriate status to senior management and customer regarding project updates, problems, schedule changes, etc. Prepare and coordinate action plans to address specific business issues/problems
Use project management skills to successfully deliver on tasks within projects

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years’ experience
At least 2 years of project manager experience in full lifecycle software development using methodologies such as waterfall and/or agile; experience on CMS projects strongly preferred
At least 2 years of experience in leading projects teams that consist of at least a requirements team, a development team, a testing team, and operations & maintenance staff
At least 2 years of experience with enterprise application development leveraging COTS products in BPM and/or case management
At least 5 years of experience in managing/developing enterprise integration that involves n-tier web technologies, SOA, messaging, data management, business process management, etc.
Experience with enterprise application migrations and major enhancements
Capability to comprehend and effectively translate customer's requirements into functional technical specifications
Must be confident and at ease dealing with a variety of personalities, both internally and externally
Must possess excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Must have the resiliency to work under tight timelines and excel under pressure
Solid knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities
Ability to develop strong business relationships with individuals serving as part of the project  team, internal and external resources, and customers
PC skills (MS Office Suite), especially with MS project or similar tools typically used in managing complex projects
Must possess interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and conflict management skills required in a complex program environment
Demonstrated leadership qualities
PMP certified
Experience with CMMI Level 4/5
