Survey Crew Leader

An Arizona based multi-discipline firm, has an immediate opening for a Survey Crew Leader responsible for work in the field under the direct supervision of a Registered Land Surveyor. Available position requires mainly field work. Candidates must have a high school diploma, valid driver license, and a minimum of four (4) years of experience. Experience should include a thorough knowledge of:
1. Construction staking for commercial/institutional sites and residential projects to include reading and understanding plans, stakeout, and grading for utilities, curb, concrete structures, and roadway layout and bluetop for pavement grading, building and grid line layout, and field locations for as-builts.
2. Topographic, Boundary and ALTA Land Title Survey to include reading and understanding survey plats, recovering corner monuments, performing traverses, and location surveys.
Proficiency in CADD, experience in preparing Boundary and ALTA Land Title Surveys is a major plus.
