Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client located in Maitland, FL are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representatives for a contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members (Medicaid or Medicare) regarding the following: Doctor Change requests; rescheduling appointments, general benefits explanations)

- Be held to general call center performance metrics

- Scheduled flexibility for schedules within Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm

Qualifications:

-3 plus years of call center customer service experience required

- Bilingual(spanish/english) required

-Must possess a High School diploma/GED (verification required)

- 1 year of Healthcare experience required.

- Schedule Flexibility
