Temp to Hire opportunity with a State Agency!
Seeking top notch Retirement Counseling Reps for a State Agency. Candidates will be responsible for responding to a variety of questions, inquiries, and requests related to basic level / post-retirement pension and benefit plans. Candidates will be responsible for demonstrating a working knowledge of company retirement plans, agency procedures and will be required to maintain knowledge of changing benefit products and services. Candidates must be able to adapt to change and possess a positive work attitude. Excellent training program for this position!
These positions are temp to hire opportunities with hours totaling 29 hours per week between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
**Training hours may be 35-40 hours per week (first 3 months).
Downtown location.

Call Center experience
Basic math knowledge
Strong
Strong analytical skills
Stable work history
