Warehouse Clerk/Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals (Rancho Cucamonga) is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Clerk for a company based in Redlands, CA. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting compensation of up to $15.50HR DOE Benefits of working with Express include medical, 401K, scholarship and training opportunities.

DUTIES:

• Communicate with KNGA CSR daily on incoming OEM shipments: DTV, SMI, and transfers for Humax/Pace/WNC/Technicolor.  A schedule is provided daily listing all of the shipments that are due to arrive.
• KNGA provides a PO Extract for the DTV shipments that have arrived on schedule and a Transfer complete confirmation email once the shipments have transferred over to the ATT side.  I then receive, post, and invoice the total units in Great Plains.
• For containers that are scheduled and are going into SMI, notification of arrival is provided by KNGA CSR.
• Once the container is unloaded, paperwork is provided to the KNGA CSR and labels are printed and provided to Genesis to be placed on the Humax/
  Pace/WNC/Technicolor pallets.
• Confirm piece count/pallet count to ensure the paperwork and labels coincide with pallets.
• Monitor inventory with the use of the KN Login for new Purchase Orders to determine if shipments will transfer or be DTV shipments for upcoming deliveries of POs.
• Confirm that the location of the freight in the warehouse coincides with the location on the paperwork once received and labeled.
• Update spreadsheets with purchase order information.  Ex:  SMI or DTV, expected date of transfers or deliveries and provide weekly updates to the Senior Project Manager.

Additional Duties

• Retrieve uploaded new POs in DirecTV SNC Portal and send to Senior Project Manager.
• Create Sales Orders/Purchase Orders for new DirecTV POs in GP.
• Send to Senior Project Manager for signature and distribution to customer.
• Create daily Pace POs from shipping schedule.
• Email invoicing to DirecTV for processing.
