Aerotek is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep with Automotive experience to fulfill an opening with a large manufacturer in the Riverport area of Louisville, KY.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide general information such as pricing, availability of products and product specifications
  • Enter customer orders into AS400
  • Validate account information and assist customer with routing selection to meet delivery needs
  • Provide parts application assistance through use of parts manuals, bill of materials, engineering drawings or change notices
  • Receive, evaluate and answer customer inquiries of technical nature
  • Resolve problems associated with orders and shipments
  • Offer alternative solutions when primary suppliers cannot meet customer needs

Hours: M-F, 11:30am - 8pm

Aftermarket Parts experience a plus.
