Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set the example for team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in training new members through shadowing and example-setting.
  • Work with Shift Supervisor to lead fellow team members in operating at a level of excellence by setting an example of hard work, diligence, and focused energy to completing daily tasks.
  • Report any guest or employee complaints to Shift Supervisor or a Director.
  • Comply with all Chick-fil-A Bangor rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere.
  • Help to complete all morning, afternoon, or evening checklists.
  • Participate in and lead restaurant operations.
  • Commitment to our Restaurant Vision.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, accountable, and organized.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve personal skill set and assist others in the same effort.
  • Ability to improve and grow team members through encouragement and setting an example.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs.
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
