Engagement Coordinator
- Ensure front line associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers
- Resolve customer service issues appropriately and competently
- Ensure operational controls at the front line
Merchandise Coordinator
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Flow goods from backroom to sales floor
- Use your creativity to visually merchandise department(s)
Backroom Coordinator
- Oversee the backroom of a store
- Supervise and train associates on receiving and processing merchandise
- Ensure the backroom area is always organized and ready to receive and flow good
Merchandise Associates Part-time
- Provide prompt courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers
- Help with merchandising and feature presentation on the sales floor
- Ensure accurate cash register procedures in accordance with company guidelines and policies
- Process new merchandise according to company procedures
Requirements
- Some positions require previous experience in Retail leadership roles
- Desire to pursue a career in Retail Management
- Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to take initiative
- Creative, enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible
