A la Carte Servers & Server Assistants - Part-time

Currently the Baltimore Country Club is seeking A la Carte Servers and Server Assistants to join our growing team!

The Baltimore Club is looking for professional service staff to join our hospitality team with the following credentials:

A LA CARTE SERVERS:
* At least two years of serving experience in a full service restaurant, hotel, or another Club. 
* Private club experience is a plus but not required.
* Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn. 
* Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge or food, beer, wine and spirits is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
* At least $11.50 per hour base rate plus gratuities. Our average annual server rate including gratuities is $18.50 per hour. 

SERVER ASSISTANT/FOOD RUNNER:
- Bussing or Runner experience preferred, country club experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge or food, beer, wine and spirits is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Hourly Rate: $10/hour
