Staffmark is currently hiring for the 3rd Shift Email Communications Team at the Kroger Call Center, located in Blue Ash, OH.
This is a temp-to-hire position and a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company!
We are looking for candidates with Excellent Writing skills to provide EMAILED customer service to Kroger Customers. You will be working in a call center environment, but will not be responsible for taking phone calls.
As a Kroger Ambassador, THROUGH EMAIL You will be responsible for resolving product or service problems, opening customer accounts, maintaining customer records, answering inquiries, fulfilling customer requests, maintaining call center database, taking and entering orders, and providing product/service information.
In this role, you will work 40 hours per week. This is a 3rd shift position.
Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts (9:30pm-8:00am, must be available to work weekends).
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour.
Location: Blue Ash, OH
**Training will be first shift for the first two weeks**
The ideal candidate will have great writing skills, typing skills, excellent written communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, and provide solutions.
Qualified Candidates must have strong computer, writing and typing skills.
