She is at end of life. We will have hospice and other help. But need someone to just be there. Give her water and things she asks for. Maybe 12 hr shifts. There is a nurse on call and other help too. Shifts 8 to 8 or something like that. Night shift would have a recliner to sleep on. Day shift meals provided. She is a sweet lady.
