Hourly Manager - Full-time

Shift Managers lead shifts and ensure that customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.

Shift Managers provide leadership to Crew, Trainers, and other Managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include:

• Plan each shift
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action as necessary to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift

Shift Managers will be responsible for meeting targets during their shift and helping Department Managers meet their goals

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Food Safety
• Internal Communications
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Managing Crew
• Quality Food Production
